- Strong proficiency with basic productivity tools and software, e.g. MS Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, quantitative, logic, and reasoning skills.
- Ability to synthesize innovative ideas within project constraints.
- Previous experience, knowledge, or education in Human Resources, Communication areas.

- Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements, and recommend the best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and skill assessment.
- Stay current on trends, emerging technologies, and new and hard-to-find skill sets.
- Network extensively to find potential candidates and clients.
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Ability to stay organized and follow through with project deadlines
