Jobrole & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Engineer at FTA, you will primarily be working with customers in providing thoughtful guidance & sharing best practices to ensure reliable, scalable, secured and cost optimized deployment of their Infrastructure & Applications on Microsoft Azure. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Directly engage with customers and partners to validate & accelerate new Azure and existing Solutions for Azure migration & modernize; partner with other Customer Engineers to provide end to end guidance.
Accelerate the customers’ project. Provide knowledge and insight to build the customers’ confidence and drive customer resilience.
Drive product improvement by capturing product related feedback that can be triaged by the relevant Product teams.
Contribute to documentation through sample scripts, blogs, architecture best practices.
Partner with FTA Program Managers in helping them scope pre-qualified complex projects.
