Job Description :
Drafting and Vetting subcontracts, main contract amendments
Preparation of Delay and Disruption cost claims.
Ensure updating of legal software on all legal cases
Maintain and publish MIS on all legal cases
Ensure support and guidance on legal matters
Ensure timely vendor payments without any delays
LOCATION: CHENNAI, TAMILNADU
Skill Set :
Knowledge of Indian Contracts Act
Familiar with Arbitration and conciliation Act
Good understanding of Limitations Acts
Knowledge of various other relevant Act
Knowledge of infrastructure project works preferred.
Good understanding of Contract condition
