Role & Responsibility

You will establish the project plan baseline: define the project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities

Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues

Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationships build confidence and trust, ensure project progress arrange meetings and customer events

Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring

Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meeting

Develop the CPM field: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas

Required Skills set

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate inspire, and lead cross-group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success.

Sound understanding of Ericsson’s vision, business objectives, products, and services.

Understand the processes within project implementation, Strong financial knowledge in particular project budgeting, Project Management Competences

Have a customer-focused attitude – E2E focus, sees the big picture, can get things done no matter what, with agility and speed to deliver what the customer needs when they need it
