Job Details:-
The Analytics & Cognitive team works with our clients to:
Design and implement large-scale complex enterprise systems that involve data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based as well as client-owned platforms
Deploy automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise, and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Minimum Qualifications for all roles:
Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, rs and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to travel up to 50%
Strong academic track record (preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher)
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Required Qualifications
Designer Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines:
Graphic/ Communication Design
Industrial Design
Architecture
Human-Computer Interaction
Human Factors
Cognitive Science / Psychology / Linguistics
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invis, ion, and Figma
Knowledge of UX design methodologies
Strong UI and visual design skillset
Ability to identify problems and present solutions to clients and stakeholders
Motivation to maintain and improve design standards and processes
Portfolio Required
Data Scientist Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines
Data Science
Applied AI
Computer Science
Statistics
Mathematics
Physics, or a closely related field
Experience with R or Python, database design, and SQL
Developer Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines:
Computer Science,
Computer Engineering,
Information Management or a related field
Familiarity with the agile methodologies & software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience developing web applications with SOA, RESTful APIs, and/or MVC architectures
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript (Node.js) / Python)
Development experience with a high-level language (Java or C#)
Hands-on experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Cloud development experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Hands-on experience in SQL or NoSQL database environments
ML Engineer

Preferred Qualifications
Data Science and ML Engineers:
Implementing Apache Open Source (Kafka, Storm, Spark) Frameworks to process end-to-end data management life cycle for NLP, Machine Log Algorithms, Text Mining algorithms
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Linguistics, Advanced Semantic Design
At least 6 months of experience working with SparkCognition, Expert System, Microsoft Cognitive Services, IBM Watson, Numenta, Deepmind, CognitiveScale, CustomerMatrix, IPSoft, Salesforce Einstein, Google Cloud Platform/Tensor Flow, or Amazon Web Services/Sagemaker, Microsoft Azure/Machine Learning and common open source scripting languages
Developers:
JavaScript Programming at User Interface (UI) level: ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS
SQL/No- SQL database knowledge
Cloud development and deployment knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure)
DevOps and MLOps
Designers:
Preferred experience in Data Visualization Design,
AI Experience Design,
Conversational AI design,
Product design,
or software design
