Manages quantitative and qualitative analyses of talent management programs to highlight key trends; researches leading practices to illustrate program alternatives.
Facilitates employee engagement processes focused on motivating and engaging employees.
Facilitates training programs and processes focused on effectively developing and utilizing employees.
Assists in conducting talent gap analyses and researching strategic sourcing plan alternatives to meet the current and future human resource needs of a business unit, department or assigned area.
