Apple Recruitment Job Role & Responsibility
The successful candidate will be responsible for Network / Systems Operations and Deployments across the Global Infrastructure.
He or she will need to demonstrate skills in cross-organizational collaborations to operate and maintain the network infrastructure.
They will need to develop and maintain clear documentation and procedures associated with operations and known issues.
This position provides the opportunity to operate a worldwide, multi-vendor network.
Apple Recruitment Required Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, TCP, OSPF, and BGP.
Knowledge of Red Hat-based Linux.
Understanding large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, including proven abilities to adapt to a dynamic project environment, while able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Expertise in automation languages such as Python or Go preferred.
Flexible to work in Shifts.
Proficiency in either Linux or other variations of UNIX is preferred.
Associate to Professional level Certifications preferred.
Experience with centralized configuration management and automation technologies such as Ansible, Salt, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
